The smile, small as it is, is enough to make Granby grin. His weight leaning across Laurence, he pauses to think about it.
"Honestly, Laurence, I hadn't thought that far ahead," he says, still smiling. "I'd thought to get away with as much as you'd let me."
He bends his head, pressing a kiss against the point of Laurence's chin.
